How long we keep your data
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax, accounting or guest registration requirements). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed. CCTV images are kept for a maximum of one month, unless they must be kept as evidence of an incident.
Who we share your data with
We share data with the security forces, the tax authorities and the courts where there is a legal obligation to do so.
We also work with providers who process data on our behalf (data processors), such as the booking and hotel management system, the web hosting provider and communication tools. All of them are bound by contract and by the safeguards required by the GDPR. If any of them carries out international data transfers, these will be covered by the safeguards provided for in the regulations, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
