Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT and applicable taxes. They include accommodation per night according to the room type and rate selected. They do not include additional services not expressly stated, such as breakfast, pets, parking, e-bike hire or other extras, which you can add during booking when available.

Check-in and check-out times

Unless otherwise agreed with the hotel, rooms and apartments are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

If you will be arriving outside reception hours (Monday to Friday 07:30 to 22:00; Saturdays and Sundays 08:00 to 22:00), contact us in advance so we can tell you how to get in.

Documents and guest registration

All guests, including minors, must have valid personal identification. By law, the hotel must register guests' details and report them to the authorities. Before you arrive we will send you the information to complete your details in advance.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents, legal guardians or an authorised responsible adult.

Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Cancellation, modification and no-show conditions depend on the rate chosen and are shown before you confirm your booking. To change or cancel a direct booking, contact Hotel Mogay by phone or email quoting your booking number.
